"Under the Rain" - Warmth Within the Storm

With this artwork, I wanted to bring a rainy night scene to life. The rain is captured by thin copper wires cascading from the sky, shimmering under the glow of a copper moon and two bright streetlamps, while a solitary figure stands below with an umbrella. The beauty of this piece lies in its geometric decomposition: every section of the composition represents the top of an umbrella viewed from above. It is a deeply romantic work that reflects my state of mind at the time -the journey of having to cross through the cold rain to finally reach the warmth. Though the night is dark, the beams of the streetlamps pierce through, always bringing a sense of joy, life, and vitality.
