"Imperfect Wall" - Breaking Down Frontiers

Created in 2019, this artwork represents the destruction of a wall, the breaking down of a boundary. Very often, we carry internal walls and borders within ourselves; boundaries that we must learn to tear down if we truly want to connect, first of all with who we are, and then with everything that exists outside of us. In this piece, I wanted to capture the sheer toughness of a wall being broken apart. Yet, as always in my art, color plays a fundamental role. The vibrant tones shifting across the medium signify trust-above all, trust in ourselves, but also a deep faith in destiny and the universe that surrounds us. It is the visual narrative of a breakthrough, turning a rigid barrier into an open space of possibility.
