Created in May 2020, this artwork portrays an older version of myself. I approached the medium by letting the color flow across the surface as if it were a dance, designing each individual tile to be a standalone piece of art that ultimately comes together to create the final, complete whole. The composition relies on a completely abstract, geometric decomposition that celebrates movement, achieving a total interpenetration of form and color. Shades of blue and red blend together, balancing cold and warm tones, while the main background remains white to symbolize purity and serenity. Enhanced by silver leaf inserts, the piece captures a harmonious balance where every fragment finds its perfect place.
