"Hot and Cold" - The Harmony of Inner Contrasts

Created in September 2019, this artwork highlights the profound contrast between hot and cold, reflecting the opposing emotions and sensations we often carry within ourselves when facing life and daily existence. As with other works from this period, each individual tile is designed to be a standalone piece of art. Yet, when unified, they create a vibrant play of colors, gazes, and harmonious dances that form a complete whole. This structure mirrors our inner world: the conflict between warm and cold sensations, or pessimistic and optimistic thoughts, ultimately shapes who we are. It speaks deeply of my own states of mind and my constant search to merge these conflicting emotions, fully integrating them into my true self.
